Lend a hand, Make a difference!

At Broken Arrow Ranch and Sanctuary, the work never stops—from sunup to sundown, 365 days a year, there is always something to be done to keep the sanctuary running and the animals cared for. Whether you can volunteer for a single workday, bring a youth group or company team, or contribute your unique skills, we welcome you with open arms. The more boots we have on the ground, the better! Every volunteer plays a vital role in ensuring our equines have a safe, thriving home.

But volunteering at Broken Arrow isn’t just about the horses—we are also looking for individuals who are passionate about regenerative land practices, native ecosystem restoration, and fostering deeper connections between humans and nature. Our mission goes beyond equine rescue; we strive to restore the land, protect native plant and wildlife habitats, and create a sanctuary where people can reconnect with the natural world.

This is your chance to make a real difference! As our efforts grow, so does the need for dedicated individuals who want to support the sanctuary in a variety of ways. Whether you love working outdoors, have experience in building and maintenance, enjoy organizing fundraisers, or want to contribute to land restoration efforts, there’s a place for you here. Join us and be part of something truly meaningful!
